Matt Hoyle photographed Eugene Mirman, the Godfather of Web-based comedy, for a piece in Fast Company magazine. Hoyle shot Mirman in the studio, then composited that image with a CGI background that he created himself.
Hoyle’s image was included in the winners gallery of the 2009 PDN PIX Digital Imaging Contest. The 2010 Contest is currently open for entries until August 16, but enter today to avoid late fees. A People’s Choice winner will also be selected.
